With more than 25 years of experience managing and enabling contact center operations for Fortune 100™ companies, Mike is widely recognized for his expertise in turning business analytics into actionable strategies that drive transformative change. Before joining NiCE, Mike held senior operational roles at large BPO contact centers including Telvista, CompUSA Call Center Services, and Stream International. He has overseen a 1,000 person contact center, led global Workforce Optimization, and previously managed Finance, Accounting, and Treasury functions. Mike holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
