Ken serves as Product Marketing Manager for NICE Nexidia’s Customer Journey Solutions (CJS), bringing nearly 20 years of product marketing experience in both software and technology solutions. Ken is responsible for establishing the vision and messaging, as well as promoting the value and competitive advantages of NICE’s CJS within the Customer Experience industry. He is also responsible for optimizing product profitability by maximizing product sales for Customer Journey Solutions.

Mike Browning, Senior Marketing Executive, Verascape

Mike Browning is Verascape’s senior executive responsible for marketing, product development, and sales.  He has 20 plus years of hands-on experience providing technology solutions to a diverse customer base.  Mike has a quantifiable track record of helping customers create successful outcomes in complex business environments. 

Mike was the co-founder of several successful high-tech start-ups including Douglas-Danielle (acquired by TransUnion) and Silicon Valley-based Inadco. Additionally, Mike has held executive-level positions with TargetCom and May & Speh (acquired by Acxiom).
