Mark Rhodes has been the Department Leader for Workforce Planning, Quality and Training in the Helpdesk within the Digital Division for the past 4 years. He is responsible for all forecasts and associate schedules; quality monitoring and training; and real-time management functions. Mark joined the firm in May 2014 to build the first Workforce Management area at the firm for the Service Division and has over 25 years of leadership and Workforce Management experience across three different Fortune 500 companies.
