Show and Solve - Strategic Planning Scenarios You Can Use Tomorrow

Monday Oct 5, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM EDT — Sign Up For Events

There is nobody on the planet who enjoys chatting about workforce planning analysis more than us. But for this session, we’re switching to a bit of a show and tell.

During this hour, we’ll walk through strategic what ifs using the Strategies platform and we’ll answer big-picture questions that your bosses are itching to answer. We’ll show how to think about the problem, how to build the scenarios (we call them strategies), and how to present the results so they make the repercussions of their strategic decisions clearer.

Everything we demonstrate in Strategies will translate directly to your own capacity planning spreadsheets. You’ll leave with practical steps you can use immediately, whether you’re running a full simulation platform or building plans in Excel.
