In today's frenetic contact center world, and with high travel costs, it is becoming progressively more difficult to leave the office to attend conferences. However in order to keep on top of new developments, it is important to keep an eye on what is happening in the contact center. Last year's WFM Virtual Symposium was a huge success. For 2008, the Symposium has been expanded to include a separate agenda on Quality Assurance. The Workforce Management and Quality Assurance Virtual Symposium, including topics such as performance management, analytics, and coaching, is a two track online event presented by CRMXchange, the Society of Workforce Planning Professionals (SWPP) and the Quality Assurance and Training Connection (QATC).

There is no cost to register on this site.  Just log in to find information about the hot topics in the industry in the Reference Room, visit vendors in the Exhibitor Pavilion, chat with your peers in an online networking group.  And, for one low cost registration fee your entire organization can participate in all the workshops listed below.
